I empathise.  But what you haven't told us is how tall are you?  Are you really fat, or are you simply heavier than before?  I would be happier if you said you would like to be slim, not thin.  Thin isn't attractive.  Stay focused and you will get to your goal.&lt;br&gt;

I too am starting another diet in the morning and I will try and be as determined as you appear to be. &lt;br&gt;

I'm not fat but definately dumpy and far too much excess squidyness.
